Title: Trigger control
Post by: 3425Centennial on November 17, 2005, 12:17:02 PM
Given the small size of the R9, and the shape of my hand, I notice that during the long pull of the trigger my index finger slides from its correct position to the joint crease. I have successfully added skateboard tape to improve my grip and wonder if adding a little skateboard tape to the trigger would prevent my finger from sliding. Has anybody tried this? Any other suggestions?  Dan

An interesting thought; I am not sure how well it would
adhere and for how long given the small, slick surface area
plus the movement of the finger on the trigger. It could be
worth a try.

I loathe things that make my finger stick to a trigger - adding sandpaper to it sounds really unpleasant.

Then again, I've never had the problems you're having, so I couldn't say what's right for you. I hope you report back if you try it so that others who might have a similar problem could benefit from your experience.  :)
