My local smith has a south korean issue .223. It's a pre-84, so it's not too complicated to get a class 3 license for it -- seem's like a pretty cool gun -- has a collapsible stock, nice ghost rings -- I think's it's around $1200, so pretty cheap for a full auto -- The brand starts w. a D -- if interested send me a PM, and I'll email Jeff, and get the name of the company. OTH, if I misunderstood, and somehow the general populace can now own full autos -- Go MI!

Don't own one, but at the training class I just took a guy had an M60 and an MP-5 that were both fully auto. The M60 was awesome.

Brenden:
I don't own a full automatic. If I were going to select one, it would probably be an UZI. I once owned a semi-automatic UZI carbine chambered for .45 ACP (no less). Ugly as homemade sin, loud as a threshing machine, but absolutely, positively, stone-cold reliable. The downside, of course, is that the full-auto UZIs are going to be expensive.

Brenden,
I was unable to find any information about the Michigan full-automatic rule.
I'll keep looking, but probably don't need one. :)

Hey Thanks guys!!
It has to be the Pre-86 Transferable type autos..
I am drooling over the Vector Uzi's for sure!!
None of the Auto's are "inexpensive" for sure-but I believe they are NOT going down in price either ;) :o 8)
Thanks again,

Bill,
Our Attorney General made a ruling that we as citizens of MI could enjoy what the Feds "allow" us.. ;)
200 dollar tax stamp,LEO sign-off,paperwork and wait time are all part of the "right" :o
Still want one before someone "else" says I can't!! ;) :P
Still a bit unclear on silencers as yet,but from what I understand it is forthcoming soon..
Anyone have a threaded barrel for the pup ::) ;D

Thanks, Brenden. That's the first I've heard about it.
I'm surprised we didn't have the privilege directly from Federal law, and the State Attorney General had to OK it.
That should be pretty exciting shooting one of those. I've got too much money invested in guns now, so may have to pass on the full-auto.

Bill,
Just a "right" that the "blue" state has denied us since the ruling by the late Frank Kelly,AG in perpetuity!!
