I don't have my R9 yet. This e-mail came this morning:

Dear Commander Davis,

The gunsmith looked at the picture and we think we can insert bars or
dots in the existing sights. But what we really need is for one of you
to send in your slide and let us make a determination as to what we can
do. The pictures are good but they can be deceiving as to angles and
actual size.

We would call the slide owner before doing any work so they would know
what we are doing with the slide.

We are interested in putting tritium in the sights.
