Hey, new here as a member but have been reading for several days. Just picked up r9s stealth - put 50 rds silvertips thru yesterday- only 1 ftfeed - that was on initial round from clip and possibly round was not loaded or seated in clip properly-loaded rd after bumping rear of slide- best group put 5 rds in 3'' with 1 wild bringing group to 6 rds in 3-1/2'' at 25 feet from rest. I was impressed with every aspect of this gun- most important to me is 9mm in such a small package . also shot as good as operator would allow at fifty feet although don't expect that to be likely -but you never know- I noticed shiny areas where black coating rubbed off in/on slide rails but is not visible on outside- i would expect this to be normal- also found some minute particles of aluminum??

Welcome to the forum and Rohrbaugh ownership.
BTW- They're called magazines, not clips.

Welcome to the forum SCC1XX! Hope you enjoy the pup (Rohrbaugh R9 stealth if someone needs the proper name) as much as I enjoy mine. Call it what you want. Clips, mags, magazines, it don't matter, we knew what you were talking about. I guess if we have to be so formal to call everything by its proper name I'll have to drop out. I can't spell that good.

Hi Guys!
New to the forum as well! Picking up my new R9S Steath tomorrow. Very excited! Does this pistol require cleaning and lubing before I head to the range like other pistols? Also, should I run various types of rounds through the pistol during initial break in? Please advise...
Thanks in advance!
Marco

These guns have their likes and dislikes when it comes to ammo. I suggest Gold Dot 115 and WWB 115.
No, the gun does not need to be cleaned before your range session.
And by the way, welcome aboard.
