Board Newbie- remote gun purchasing advice
« on: December 02, 2009, 07:43:43 PM »
Hypothetically speaking of course, lets say I wanted to purchase a $1000+ gun advertised here( or elsewhere for that matter). The seller lives far from me.  How can I do a purchase without being afraid of either getting nothing in the mail or something different from advertised?  The seller is a private individual.

Thanks!

That would be an excellent plan!

Kayaker:

First, I believe I welcomed you to the Forum on a previous thread, but I here do so again.

Second, I endorse the remarks of the Captain and KJ.  Tom Watson ("theirishguard") on this Forum is a superb FFL and will handle all the details of your purchase. Send him a PM.
