I got the reaction that I thought I would with this thread.

Remington is again coming in late to the show.  It is described as a hybrid cross of the Smith M&P and the Walther PPQ(I think that's the model) by one reviewer.

I guess they are busy replacing triggers in all the model 700 rifles that they have made in the last 50 years.

I have a Shield in 9mm that is flawless and fits my hand perfectly. The new Remingtons hold no interest for me.

Hey Duane. . . . Is that you doing the review? Looks a bit like you in the photographs from the side.
