WTT : Looking for NAA or Seecamp .380, or R9
« on: June 22, 2005, 08:26:48 PM »
I'm looking to get a quality mousegun, and hoping to find someone with more of them than they think they need.

Obviously there's a huge range in gun value in the guns I'm looking at, and what's in my safe varies, so trades will have to be hammered out from scratch.

Finally, I realize I'm new here, and therefore can provide references upon request.

Got something cool to offer?  Send me an email! :)  prizeferret@hotmail.com

Hey - welcome again :)

I do know of one member who has three - yes THREE Seecamps! LOL.

Mind you, I have 2 R9's - who am I to bleat about more than one!

I daresay amongst our membership there could well be someone with ''something to spare'' - we'll see.

LOL.  Thank you very much.  I feel like I've discovered a secret hideout on the web.   :D

When I see comments like:
"No problem , i thought it would be nice to have 2... Gongradulations lOGICAL !!!!!
You got yourself an awsome package .! "

... it really shows a lot about the character of the board and it's members. 8)  A nice change from having people trying to hock a used Seecamp .32 for $550 and posting "comparison pricing" to .380s when I try to warn potential buyers (I'm not an thread-crapper, but well over 25% above retail for a used gun?  Come on...).  ::)

Thanks Bill!

I'm really looking for one of the 3 guns listed above, although from reading posts here, I'm beginning to shy away from the Seecamp a little too.

Sorry, Brian.

I was so busy looking at your pictures, the Subject line was overlooked.

No problems!  :)

I did indicate in the post I was interested in other trades, and I am, but I'm really only looking at these guns in the "pocket" category right now.  Unless you consider the "ultras" as "large pocket" guns.  ;D

Thanks Tom.  Will wait a bit to see what happens with the used market first. :)

Have a new item up for trade... (might be too big for you guys though...  ;)  )

*sigh*

I've got an nearly-new XD 9mm subcompact with BRAND NEW (June 2005) Trijicon Novak low-profile sights, nearly-new Tuckers' "The Answer" IWB holster, 2 nearly-new 15-round XD mags with the finger extensions, 2 factory mags, case, papers, etc.

It's the perfect CCW setup. I just got it complete for myself when a Kimber CDP came along at a great price...

Please consider that there is a fair amount of extras added to this gun in the last month and a half... installing trijicon night sights, "The Answer" holster, 2 new hi-cap mags with finger extensions.

Here's what I'd like to trade for (plus cash if necessary)
S&W .460XVR
Taurus .480 Raging Bull 8"
Ruger .480 Super RedHawk 9.5"
Rohrbaugh R9
FN Five-Seven
Sig 229ST (.40 or .357)
Sig 210
Sig 226 X-Five (or Sig 226 X-Six )
Something else you've got that's so cool I can't even imagine it...

Will also sell for $650 shipped, $625 FTF. Prices firm.
