New R9 Owner
« on: September 08, 2008, 03:59:50 PM »
I just received my R9 last week, it is a work of art, do I have to actually fire it?  The R9 will join my three fully trained German police dogs and my Robar Elite shotgun and Colt LE6920.  What do I do with the Ruger LCP 380 and custom Keltec 380 because after the R9 you just can't go back!

Cliff:

Welcome to the campfire, and congratulations on your acquisition of the finest pocket pistol on the planet!

As for those .380s -- nice "backups."   8)

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the new R9.  You can always sell the Keltec and Ruger and buy another pup!   8)

I will be attending one of Randy Caine's classes next week, and the R9 will be my backup weapon behind my Glock. I will give you a full report when I return.  I read through the forum and purchased the Winchester 115 HP silvertip I heard many of you speak well about.  This forum is a wealth of information and a good part of the reason I purchased the R9, thanks guys.
