Did you notice that mine is for sale? ;D  It is a very good one and a collectable one too IMO.

Try here:

http://www.impactguns.com/store/rohr_r9.html

$895
$24 shipping to your local dealer
$35 transfer fee & FL background check(what my local dealer would charge me)
$0 tax if you don't live in Utah

= $954 for a new one

>>Congratulations, wldavis, on your new/used purchase...!  I hope you also received all the care and feeding info on your new pup...find which ammo works best for you (Speer GDHP in .115 or .124g is a good place to start)...get familiar with the firing cycle and then make a nest for it in your pockets and pretend it's not there...and take seriously the directions for clean and lub every 50-80 shots and she should last your life time...!

Enjoy, and let us know what you think of your new R9 after a trip or two at the range...TW<<

Thanks again for everyone's support.  I just picked it up today and she looks great.  I already ordered a couple of holsters from RJ Hedley.  Unfortunately, I probably I won't be able to take it to the range for another week or two.  By the way TW, don't worry about taking seriously the directions for clean and lube.  After 20 years in the Marine Corps weapon maintenance has been bored into my brain.  I may forget to change my son's diaper, but never forget to take care of my firearms.
