Hello All , Its been some time since I had ANYTHING worthy to post here . However with recent events early this year with the company . And now with the scramble , it seems to obtain spare parts . I was wondering if anyone knows the exact specs as to how many R9 pistols have been made or released ? I was looking on GB and saw one for sale with a number of 6500 . That was a standard two tone model . Not one of the tribute issue or other . From a collector stand point . I am sure some would like to know just how many pups are out there in terms of serial numbered .With the GB one at R6500 . I at least know that many are out . Just kind thinking out loud . But I looked here and didn't find any numbers . And I am certain others would like to know . If not just for trivia purposes . Thanks all for indulging me .

I'd guess around 6600. Fall 2013 production was in the 6500 range. My dealer had just gotten 2 of them in December.

I have one in the 665x range.

According to Duane:
"For those keeping track, the last frame made in Deer Park was serial number R6678."
"Also, the last .380 frame made in Deer Park, NY is: K391. :)"
So they made 47 early R9s with no R prefix: #101 through #147.
Approximately 15 early R9s with custom serial numbers.
They made R100 through R6678: so 6578 total R prefix serial number guns.
Total 9mm: approximately 6640 guns
Total .380: 291 guns.
If I have missed anything please speak up.
Ryan
