Not that I'm answering for Reinz, however, he says he has it toned down.  You can do that and pretty much curb the desire, so you don't want the sugar all the time; in moderation.

How did you suppress the sugar/chocolate desire?

I "have to" have something sweet after a meal.  I just try to keep to a one or two pieces of fudge, or cookies or rice krispie treat.

As far as Chocolate- that's a tough one.

I have to stay away from it totally.  And I can do it for monts at a time.

Once I succomb to pure chocolate, I'm done. I eat all that is in sight.  And I will be on a binge for weeks or months
It's like I can't go a day without 7-8 chunks of pure.

Sounds crazy, like a crackhead, but true.

(by the way the fudge is peanut butter)

We all have something. At least dark chocolate is an anti-carcinogen and helps circulation.

I do it in moderation, so seems to be working.  Sugar numbers are good without meds.

I guess just like everything else in life, moderation is the key.

So, would that be four R9s since we have four pockets in most pants? ;D

I think we have to exempt the R9's, and hey, any guns; moderation doesn't work where they're concerned; but you know that!    ;D

Did you forget?  Corey has some pants with 12 pockets!    :D

Nothing improves behavior like age if you live long enough to realize it.

If I've found one problem with growing old it would be that I increasingly learn to realize my limitations. That may be a good thing, but it can be frustrating.   :-/

That's a part of life; and agree it is frustrating.  Have to look for the bright side; sometimes that's hard to do.

It does beat the alternative, and as I think Tracker once noted, "The older I get, the better I used to be."  ;)

It sure would be nice if we could turn that around; the better I get, the older I used to be; or would it. :    :-/
