Title: NIB Rohrbaugh Stealth - Crappy finish on side?

 Seller CLAIMS NIB but the side of the gun looks like crap!

They are a consignment gun store, so probably not of their stock.

Wonder what the original owner did to it, or allowed to happen to it.  Maybe sat in one place for years?

It must have been improperly stored and exposed to moisture on the left side because that is rust on the slide serrations.
