That's one beautiful scene, Richard.  Sooo peaceful.

A while back, there was a thread here called "Outside My Window" that was responsible for a lot of pleasant daydreaming and mental traveling...at least for me.  Great thread and comments! !

We were building a house back then and I can honestly tell you, that thread was largely responsible for my own mindset as to the importance "placement" of the house to properly take advantage of the continuously changing view from each window.

That might be a good thread to revive.  It'll help the economy, too...I need a technologically current camera.

Thanks...and best wishes to all for a Safe,  Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Brian

John:

That link is a real "blast from the past." Thanks for resurrecting it.

In scrolling through it I saw a photograph of the Critter Creek sign when Critter shared a common entrance driveway with "Duck," one of our rental cabins. In the time since then, we obtained the necessary permits and surveys to cut, grade, and gravel Duck's own driveway "down the road a piece."

And what a magnificent group of photographs Dave posted from his windows.

The older I become, the faster time seems to fly.
