I was curious what dealers are charging for the R-9s. I'd like to have an idea when I go in to order.
Thanks!

The highest I have seen is $945.00.

Big dave - welcome here dude! :)
I expect several replies but ... probably it'll be at or just sub $900 in some instances IMO. Doubt it'll drop a huge lot - supply and demand doncha know! :P

I paid $950, tax included. Not complaining, I only waited two days, but it was a tough wait.

Doc ... actually, with tax added on - probably about right. Much what my #'2 will be I reckon.

WOT!?!!! ... Shucks ....... whose palm did you grease!?? ;D

TWO DAYS?!? I'm only one month into my 3-4 month quoted estimate. <sob>

What's the problem. It took over 5 months for me to get the gun after I said goodbye to my money. As far as I'm concerned 3 months is nothing.
By the way, I paid just a hair under $900.

I think it depends on the dealer. After my local range where I am a member acted like it was too much trouble to make the inquiries to New York, I used another local dealer to order. I paid $945 but figured if I had to chase down another dealer for a lower price it would probably take more of my time than I would save (besides taking longer just to get on the wait list!)

How I got mine:
Called Erice and asked if any dealers in Dallas had one to look at. He told me that he just shipped two to a dealer here.
I called the dealer and he only had one spoken for. I got the other. I had to wait 2 whole days!

Doc,
Good going! You've done better than anyone else I've heard about so far. :o Some of us waited way over a year. I personally waited for impatient months on end. In fact on the shipping form, Eric hand-wrote "thanks for your patience". I bet a lot of the other early owners had the same thing on their form. I'm glad they waited to ship until everything was right with their product, since as far as I'm concerned, it has turned out to just basically be a masterpiece. ;D
So it looks like all those long waits are over. It probably won't be long now before someone will be able to tell us they went shopping, saw R-9 # 1,000 and said "O.K. this is nice, I'll take this one home with me today".

9mil.mouse has it right. I got in line early and waited months . . . and months . . . and months, after slapping down my money with my FFL. With the high sales tax (don't get me wrong -- I'm not complaining, since my state does not have an income tax), I paid just over $1,000. It was money well spent for the most powerful, and beautiful, 12 oz. pocket pistol yet offered.
