SIG P210
« on: January 31, 2016, 07:48:01 AM »
Greetings, I recently had my p210 sent to Glenrock Blue for restoration and rebluing. I'm not concerned about any effect on its value as it will be staying in the family and going to my son when he's old enough. He's 6, so I have time:). Very happy with the job they did. I have a S&W 629 PC 44Mag coming in the next couple weeks (my 1st revolver) so I'll post some pics when it arrives. Thanks for looking. Take care, be safe, Jim. http://s1383.photobucket.com/user/jimstu4/library/Mobile%20Uploads/Sig%20P210

IMHO...Very nice refinish work...especially with the care taken to not buff out the markings.  What dash # is this one?
Were you able to buy the accessories with the pistol...like the marked holster?  Nice package.

thanks! It's a 210-1 civilian model. I believe the serial number falls into the 1950-1951 range. The accessories I just picked up gradually here and there on eBay, gunbroker and Simpsons LTD.  I bought the gun from a guy (lifesizepotato) who has a review of the pistol on YouTube. Can't miss it, usually the first video to pop up if you search Sig p210 review.  Had to get rid of a couple pistols for this one.  Oh well,  it was worth it.  Thanks!  Jim

I really like the refinish work!! Gorgeous.

I am thinking VERY seriously about a 210 and this post didn't help. Lol.

Thanks for the post and pics. It a beauty.
War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse.

What a beautiful gun!!! Just what I need, another obsession...right.
Having a gun in your hand is much more effective than having the entire police department on the phone!
