Title: Dave Brown Kydex Holsters for R-9
Post by: DDGator on July 29, 2005, 10:29:38 AM
I have mentioned my friend Dave Brown before on this forum.  He is a holster maker out in Tucson, AZ.  I got to talking to him on the 'net and visited him at his shop last year.

Dave makes only kydex holsters -- and is very good at it.  His stuff clearly rivals any kydex you can get.  And -- he is a darn nice guy who believes in the cause.

The point of my story is that Dave is about to acquire a Rohrbaugh dummy gun and I think he is ready to start taking orders!

Check out this stuff at: www.buybrownholsters.com

Leather holsters we have covered for sure... but Dave may be the first guy doing Kydex.  If plastic holsters are your thing -- give Dave a try.

Hi Everybody

I should have the R-9 dummy gun by the end of next week.
Feel free to e-mail me with any questions you may have.
I will be able to make the holsters in any configuration as my regular holsters ie. paddles, IWB, Tuckables, Belt slides, Pocket holsters, & vehicle/vest holsters. I am also open to ideas you guys may have. ;D

They will also be available in all the different colors of kydex I have.

Thanks David Brown

David
Good to see you back here..Glad your were able to find your Dummy gun.
I had tried earlier to direct you to Duncan's for an aluminum model, is that what you got, or were you lucky enough to get one from the Rohrbaugh's?
