1st range report r9s stealth
« on: January 30, 2011, 09:57:20 AM »
Finally was able to get to range to get the feel of my new pup, ran 25 PMC 115gr fmj 1 ftf light primer, reloaded that round fired, looked like primer was deeper in shell than others compared. shot 12 115 silvertips all good. At 15 yards all shots were in center mass. Recoil was not even close to what I was expecting! Very easy to control. Overall I am very satisfied with my pup!

rw.  Glad to hear of your satisfaction with the R9; love those Silvertips.  Continue to enjoy the little wonder.

I found my R9s recoil much more tolerable and the gun easier to control with a Pachmayr slip on grip.
