About a month ago we had a couple of dozen spammers join and not post. Because they didn't post anything, it didn't occur to us that they were spammers but all of them had the same birthday. Then, on that day they all started spamming the board with a whole bunch of spam.

Be careful with non-posting spammers -- they are sleepers waiting for the correct time to strike.

Actually, be careful anything who signs up and doesn't post within a day or two.

I have always been suspicious if sign-ups who then never seem to post ......... it's like they want to get a key to the door, in case it is of use later.

May I reiterate to all - seeing as Duane and I cannot be on guard all the time to nail these clowns - do feel free if something noticed to PM one or both of us.

Hi guys,

I just joined and figured I better post so I don't get deleted.

I picked up my R9 all in black 2 weeks ago, after waiting ten months for it to come in. I love the size and want to see the general consensus on this gun. I bought it for off-duty carry and on duty back-up. I'll explore the forums and see what the members have to say.

I'm glad I found this forum!

Jim

Jim:

Welcome to the Forum! I hope you have as much success with your new R9 as I have had with mine for the past three plus years.

We're getting tons of these registrations over at Park Cities Tactical. We had to adjust the registration process. I would say that about 3-5% of registrations we receive are legitimate.

Just sending per request.  New member not a spammer.  Waiting for my R9.  I hate waiting.  But I know it's on the road.

Welcome Barbwire!
I hope you enjoy the forum as much as I do.  The Rohrbaugh is an AWSOME package that I feel you would never regret buying.  Post often and remember we love post with pic's.

Barbwire:

Welcome to the Forum!

For what it's worth, I consider the Rohrbaugh R9 to be the finest pocket pistol on this third rock from the sun. Treat yourself to one. You won't regret it.

Greetings from southwest Florida.

I too am posting to avoid getting purged from the membership list.  As a Lurker For the past few weeks I have gained a wealth of information, education and lots of entertainment too.  :)  But to date have not made any posts.

I have just aquired a brand new Stealth.  So now, I am looking forward to begin participating in this great forum.
