Yes. They take the place of an adhesive threadlocker, such as Loctite.

My experience and views are well documented on these little problem solvers. Please let us know how they work for you when you have had an opportunity to test their ability to help with grip- screw retention during range sessions.

I have Black Alloy Steel Grip Screws available to replace the Stainless factory screws. They are harder, stronger and the allen head will hold up much better.
 
I have Flat Head for Factory Grips & Button Head for VZ Grips
