If you practice maintaining a firm grip, sighting with both eyes open, and using your preferred stance (mine is what is termed the "Modern Isosceles"), you will soon be surprised at the accuracy you can achieve with the R9. Also, work on avoiding what is termed "anticipation of recoil," which can produce a slight involuntary flinch just as the trigger is pulled.
