RJ, can you create a wet mold design with a back cover to conceal the outline with a snug fit and a seperate slot just under the trigger for holding the spare magazine? Something like this ...

... but in wetmold and a slot for the spare mag?

Would you consider doing it as a custom job if  you don't want to make it as part of your regulars offerings?

RJ:

After a week of field testing the prototype of your newly designed Limited Edition holster, I'm prepared to say that it is absolutely superb!  I recommend it to anyone who chooses to carry a pistol in his or her front pocket.

I'm sending the prototype back to you with my personal  check in the hope that you will agree to sell it to me and monogram it with my initials on the slide area.  If you prefer to keep the prototype for your own collection, please create a monogrammed duplicate for me.  In my not-so-humble opinion, this new design with its curved back panel is the most significant advance in pocket holsters since you developed the full counter-print panel "Back Pocket" model some years ago.

There are photographs of the holster in the first post on page 1 of this thread.

Jody:

Judging from your web site, I suspect that you are rarely, if ever, "confused."

This new holster of RJ's has really impressed me.  Yes, RJ is a friend of mine.  But this new design will speak for itself.

Thanks Richard  ;D

My confusion was from the second picture and thinking it may have been a new and unique pocket holster with a magazine pouch.   :'(

I like RJ's new design, but I'd still like to know its dimensions?

George
Richard is returning the test holster,   I will measure and post soon.  The dimensions can be varied in width to some degree, but there will never be a mag carrier attached.  Width is a critical dimension and a mag in that position would make it worthless for concealment,  IMO.

George:

According to my measurements, the new holster is 5" wide and 4" high.

George and Richard ,[Thanks,  RS]

But the holster can be 4"x 4",  if desired.

Maybe I need to add a few words here.  This holster is a very special holster,  It shares the look of my Limited Edition holster, but it is very different in the way it feels in the pocket, due to the completely different construction.    The purpose is to be a more body conforming holster, for the tougher job of concealing when other holsters will not work.

The number one question I get is, "Will this holster print in my pocket?"...  Very hard to answer, as *said pocket* is not in my view.  So, this holster is to answer that question, and if it doesn't,  I don't have the answer.

The number two question is, "Can you add a mag carrier to this holster?"
