Playing the waiting game on the R9 and thought I may as well start the process of finding a decent rig for the for back pocket carry. Does anyone have any recomendations?

As a product of the 70's I still tend to wear the blue jeans a little to tight (according to my daughter anyway) and I try to only wear docker's to special events (maybe weddings or perhap's a funeral if the person was for someone special. Cargo pants on a Harley is againist my religion, so BP carry is the way I need to go. Maybe I need to stick to a push knife.
Thanks for your replys!

Who is "we" and why not? - I've got one of RJ's holsters, pictured above, and it works quite well for me!

Stew - welcome  :)

BP is an individual deal IMO - suits some - but not me - my wallet is enough ''bulk'' right now!

I do when biking wear my Smith & Alexander denim vest and that covers anything - usually my SIG or, the R9 - and that would be in a K&D belt slide rig.  I have a pic if wanted tho it is posted elsewhere.

Certainly - RJ's edition seems excellent - and obviously suits FB just great!  Reckon that'd be as good as anything, to that route.

for FireBreather01: Don't get too upset; I was just
trying to stir up some comments. It seems to have worked.

Of course, it is an individual prerogative and as far as I
am concerned someone could carry it in their watch pocket
if that floats their boat.

I've been using one from Ron Graham for quite a while. Works well for me.

Kevin at K&D Holsters makes a front pocket/back pocket convertible 2-in-1 holster.  The anti-print panel is removable so you can fit whatever pocket is most appropriate:

Tried back pocket carry of my NAA .380 in a Ron Graham back pocket holster this evening while running errands.  Comfort was middle of the road while sitting.  Access to the gun was generally good.  Concealment was generally good, except that the gun was visible to anyone looking directly down into the pocket.  I do have deep back pockets, and no one seemed to notice, but the visibility from the top of the pocket was a concern.

That Bill is why I like deep pockets!!  For me right front in my Cabella's dealies.  Unless as more usual, belt slide OWB.

Daresay - few would even notice yours - if quizzed! :P
