I had of course posted Elvis on the Seecamp forum. I do have a tough time capturing the beauty.
I hope you enjoy viewing Elvis.

Elvis' birthday was Monday. Nice pistol. Where did you have the engraving done?
-
Michael Gouse did the engraving. It is nice, he does a great job.
Reasonable too.

Real cool shades Tom.
I'm told the notes in the scale on the slide are the beginning notes to Blue Suede Shoes.
That was Michael's idea.
-
Art you old Hound Dog thats one fine looking piece. ;D
-
That is one fine pair! The engraving is fantastic. Who makes the knife? That is mighty fine too.

I love that knife!
Rainy Vallotton made the knife, he's Butch's son.

Thank all of you for looking at Elvis and the kind comments.
I was to do a Red themed Fire Engine Seecamp, red grips, fire engine engraved on the slide, "stay Back 200ft", but I decided to hold off, I did order the 32, but have other plans for it.
I put the red grips on one of my 380s.
Maybe next year.
-
I did go ahead and had ENGINE 32 engraved.
Michael Gouse again, lot of little details that the camera lens just a=can not capture. Little engraved hoses and firemen tools, of course the firetruck on the slide. Red ink and Paul's Red grips.

That is a brilliant concept, brilliantly executed. Congratulations all around.
-
Thank you sir.
Next project will appear next year, Warbirds will be the theme.
-
Quite exceptional.
Thanks for sharing.
-
Thank you.
I believe the engraver has fun doing my theme based pistols. He is so into it he is giving me suggestions. He is talented and I enjoy working with him.
I have yet to see a Rohrbaugh engraved.
-
That is an excellent looking pistol. Congrats.
-
Absolutely gorgeous pair of little beauties...conceptually and artistically unique and beautiful. Congrats!

Thank you, thank you very much!
Seriously I thank you, but it was just an idea, a concept brought to life by the engraver.
You on the other hand have something to be proud of, a pistol that is part of your family. I was thinking of that just today on my ride to the race track, your pistol is a theme of your family, mine are merely engraved.
-
I do feel this one is part of the family and will go to one of my sons. Nevertheless, your concepts are really unique, and those pistols will be cherished by some lucky owner for many years. Now google your family name and build one for yourself!
