Cannot even carry a small pocket knife here, but Rome and Venice are beautiful.

When we went to Italy 2 years ago, the 1st thing I did after landing at the Venice Airport was to purchase a stiletto switchblade. I carried it for 3 weeks after that throughout Italy & even had various security people hold onto it for me while we went into several attractions where they were not allowed.
