supressors (ers) and varmint hunting
« on: November 07, 2005, 06:40:17 PM »
Just wondering, with the appropriate class III, if anyone knows if it's legal to use a supressor when hunting varmints -- can't really think of a reason to use one, but thought it might be kinda fun.

Aglifter, When I was a class 3 dealer, I sold a few suppressors to folks out in the country of Texas for use on varmits. no problem.

FYI, Virgil Tripp's brother makes rifle suppressors for
varmint hunting. [ trippresearch.com ]. Virgil does
superb gun refinishing.

He sure does.  He did my Sig P239 and it is flawless.

It was too good looking to use, but I finally bit the bullet and started shooting it.
