Mike, what a classic scope!  You had no choice.


Actually I must confess that the decision was not entirely mine.  Herself fell in love with the rifle and I was just happy to be there.  I've cleaned it up, gotten ammo, got reloading dies, will reset the scope to her eyes, etc.  I will not be the first to pull the trigger on it (I will be second though:)  ) 

She has expensive tastes in good wood and blued steel.  I think I may be partly the enabler on these things, and I will not apologize for it.  Learned in the past if she does not like something, I benefit as it gets moved to my collection.
