Just a guess but it could be Tom's brother or someone who cloned the name. Not likely, but it is possible that this seller could be his ex-wife.

With the Texas address I would think it is someone close to Tom.  Great guy.

That was also my thought. His brother was not involved in his FFL business but was probably an heir to Tom's estate. I visited Tom twice in Grand Prairie at his home.

I spoke to Tom's brother right after his death as I had a Stealth on order with him. His brother returned my deposit. We had a brief conversation, but he told me that he wanted nothing to do with the gun business...it wasn't his thing. He said that he just wanted to clean up, close up and move on.
Having a gun in your hand is much more effective than having the entire police department on the phone!

Whatever the case I don't think that I would touch this one. Something doesn't sound right.
