Funny that you mention that...  My review of the M11-A1 is in the current issue of Shooting Illustrated (not yet available on-line).  I also have a similar review coming out in the June issue of Concealed Carry Magazine.

I LOVE the M11-A1.  What a great pistol.  I used it for Mas Ayoob's week-long MAG-80 class and it was flawless.  I even used that pistol to shoot a class high 297/300 on Mas' "double-speed" qualification course.  I then used the same gun in a long distance "head to head" shootout against a guy with a 5" Sig target model (I forget the model number).  The gun is great, and is my new go-to gun in a compact 9mm.

Interesting read; I checked the dimensions of my German 228 and they are very close to the M11-A1:

228: Length--7.08"; height--5.35"; width--1.46"; barrel length--3.86"; weight w/o mag--26.1 oz.

Of course the 228 holds 13 rounds and the M11-A1 has a 15 rd capacity.
