Funny, I was just on the website an hour ago showing my brother. I have an old first generation with the "wire" stock. I absolutely love this handy carbine conversion. I have a scope on mine and it converts in seconds. Just pull your upper off and slip this on.
I like the new ones better because the wire stock model sounds like a tuning fork in your ear every time you shoot it. Just a tad annoying. But still cool as all get out.
