Fishing holster -- ideas/references needed

I think it should be some type of shoulder/chest holster.  Maybe Kydex/other synthetic.

You may be right -- Now, where to find speedloaders in 454 Casull...or, in the words of Gemini custom "if you need moonclips in 454, may we suggest an anti-aircraft cannon"

Yep. With regard to a .454 Casull, you could paraphrase the Mexican Bandit in "Blazing Saddles"  -- "Moonclips? We don't need no stinking moonclips!"   ;D
