Just read that lame duck Chris Christy signed a law banning Bump Stocks Tuesday. People have 30 days to turn them in.

Anyone in NJ who needs to get rid of their bumpstock can mail it to me and I'll dispose of it for you.  I'll waive my disposal fee for forum members.

Maryland passed a law.

Not sure if it will hold up to a strong legal challenge.

Regarding Christy, I think most down south has seen him as a weak POS RINO for a long time.

It's amazing to me they can claim it's illegal to transfer or sell your bumpstock before the ban takes place and that your only option is to turn it into the police.

To me it's a clear violation of the constitution.

Amendment 5, ......nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment 4 regarding illegal seizure.

What are those guys up there trying to do, be California??????

Well Cali. did away with direct online ammo sales, I would bet others soon follow. Same as the 10 round mag ban in so many States, and cities. I am afraid we all, well most on here, will live to see it.

Incrementalism, always liked that word, is what the anti's are using to chip away our rights. One little chip at a time. :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\
