R-45
« on: October 06, 2009, 07:58:10 AM »
Ok guys , I have a Possibly loaded question. What dorection do you the the R45 is going to go? Smallest high quality 45 on the market , or the best quality no matter what size on the market?  The .45 world is packed with good players. What can Rohrbaugh do that would set them apart?

I am in the market for a 45 and am attempting to sit on my hands until Rohrbaugh releases the new gun. I am curious as to your esteemed and educated thoughts :)

I'm thinking, the smallest, high quality .45 on the market, when it comes out.

That is my suspician as well, but I also wondered if they might go a differant route due to "Been there, Done that".

Maria said it may be released at the next shot show in a few months.

OK Tom, Thanks.  I just hate to say get me one without having some kind of number in my head.  (Not to be confused with the old Viet Nam days when many of us had "numbers" getting into our heads) :)

Yes, I'm also eager to hear an estimated price and would be interested in getting in line based on it.

No price yet available, according to Maria at Rohrbaugh.  Tom of the Irish Guard will let us know as soon as prices are out, you can be sure.

I'm realy have an itching for a new DA 45.  Hope I can wait for the R45.  The good thing is there is not really anything on the market like I want so maybe I can wait.  I have/carry a PM45 and I like it alot but.....

That's a good itch to have.  Been trying to find a way to console the wait.  Now, I'm just going to be patient.
