Ok
Here is the latest custom grips. I made 2 sets for a Forum member who was willing to pay more than I needed for them. I will not name him unless he posts that he is the one who has them. If that makes sense? :-/
I hope to have them in the mail this week to him.

Thanks

Where's the mag release on that R9? Nice job on the grips.

Very nice looking black grips!!

The other set is too "Bling" for me.. :)

That's just me,but right up Richard's alley!! ;)

I am sorry, normally I would buy a set,but due to some thing's happening (Life) I am actually going to pare down my collection a bit..

Good luck on your sales of a fine looking grip..

Bryce,

That is a good one.  I am suprised no one noticed the trigger yet.

As far as the 'bling' factor.  This is brass.  It will not be THAT shiney for very long unless I use the correct chemicals to keep them shiney.  And think of this:  I believe that these grips are going to look really, really, really outstanding on my Stealth.  All black with a few nicely placed shiney silver parts and brass grips.  AWESOME.  I can hardly wait.

I am contempating a digital camera purchase very soon so I might be able to post pics if I am smart enough to figure out the technology.

Just a reminder.  The primary reason I chose brass is for added weight.  SS would have been nice but I am sure it would have been quite a bit more expensive.

I still want to see a pair of Bryce's grips in Sterling Silver.  Come on Guys, someone out there wants a set of grips in silver, I feel it in my bones.  Silver is not that expensive and I am pretty sure the same program used for the brass grips can be utilized for silver.

Someone give us some more eye candy!!

It seems like we are getting into "paper weight" territory
instead of self defense considerations. If someone wants
sterling silver they should order it now before the price
really appreciates.

tracker,

My R9's are not paper weights and an R9 with silver grips would not be a paper wieght to most members of this forum.  I carry my R9's, sometimes both at the same time.  I have no admiration for 'safe queens' or neat looking stuff you can show your budies.

At the price of the R9 this is definately not a gun one buys for strictly utilitarian purposes.  IMO it has to work good AND look good.  As I have stated my primary reason for the brass grips was added weight.  I would have preferred SS but that would have been more expensive.

Bryce,

Just put the grips on the pup this evening.  Makes it much easier to shoot!  I'm sending you $$ for a second set tonight.  I'm hoping they will fit the 380 when it comes out.  If not, I'll just have to buy another 9...  I don't know how else to describe how good the grips are, other than buying the 2nd pair of grips before owning a 2nd pup!!!  Thanks again for your work on the grips and mag extensions.  You've made my favorite new toy even more enjoyable.

Glad you like them!! I wish you would have let me know a little sooner, I just sent your extension about 1 hr before I got your paypal for the 2nd pair of grips!!
But I would say get a 2nd Pup!! I just got my 2nd one yesterday from The man RJ. I'm glad to get it from him because he's the man behind the RJ tool!! I only wish it came with one of his holsters!! ;D
I will get your grip in the mail tomorrow, so you should see them about monday.
Thanks
