For me personally it's the isoceles. It just suits me better than any other. (Reasonable minds will often differ.) That, of course, is for range work. In SHTF situations, all bets are off. That is another reason to practice a variety of stances, including shooting on the move, from behind cover, etc.

I have tried both in competition and can shoot both about equal.  However, I am just a whole lot more comfortable shooting in a modified Weaver in all forms of shooting.  I guess because that is closer to a natural fighting stance.
