SOLD-Price Reduction-R9S for Sale
« on: July 25, 2011, 11:24:25 PM »
I am relisting my R9. It is in like new condition and has less than 125 rounds fired. Never holstered and only used at the range. Due to past new forum member buyer issues, I will not be offering this to new forum members. It is unfortunate that I even have to say that, but I have to based on recent experiences. NOW 895 shipped to your FFL! USPS money order for payment. Feel free to PM me with questions. Thank you

Sounds like a good deal But Here in Jacksonville, I know of NO FFL dealer that accepts from individuals. And I doubt if Jacksonville is unique in this. Is there a reason you cannot ship from an FFL? It would probably make selling easier , usually only costs about $35.00

Weird.  All 6 of the local, to me,  FFL dealers will receive from individuals (perfectly legal I might add) just up the way in Georgia.  There are already to many gun laws.  It's to bad that dealers are making it harder than it already has to be.

All the FFLs around my area will receive from an individual.
I have read of FFLs charging up to $100 in some places to do a transfer.

$100 seems excessive to me. In northern New England the FFL transfer fee is typically $25. One guy I know charges $35 but I avoid him for that reason.

All FFLs will receive from individuals in my area as well.  Buy this R9 from CCW; I recommend him highly.  You'll be glad you did!

There is no reason FFL's can't take a shipment from an individual, but many that I deal with will not.

Go figure.

"...I will not be offering this to new forum members."

...and I will stick with legitimate sellers who are serious. Good luck.

Concur. Blue's comment was gratuitous and the seller has the right to be selective, based upon his experience.

FloridaCCW,
I'm sure she will sell, she looks great. Southern New England $50 is common for the transfer.
I am saddened to hear about the new member problem.
