There is a Medusa 47 on G-broker. It had a VERY unusual cylinder that would shoot .389, 9mm, .38 and .357. It allowed all the oddball calibers in the .356 bore range. If it had box and papers I would jump on it but sadly it's gun alone.

I looked at one, and just sold the sales brochure not long ago, in the late 1980's to early 1990's. The seller on G-broker said it can take any of 100 different rounds. I believe that is in error. I THINK it took 47 different rounds, so it became the Medusa 47. Priced a bit higher than a Python and closed in a few years.
They got great reviews in all the gun mags but like most small gun operations money got too tight. Like most 'speciality' makers their buying public couldn't justify the higher price and they closed before I could buy one.
It was marketed to TEOTWAWNT because of one gun handling so many different rounds. PERFECT survival weapon.
