Considering Selling 2005 R9
« on: January 25, 2012, 01:07:00 PM »
Hello, I've been lurking here on and off since 2005 or so.  I have a Deer Park R9, Serial# R63x, with black Carbon Fiber grips, acquired in 3/2005. A few hundred rounds through it.  Comes with:

1)  Original Rohrbaugh case, instruction book and other paperwork, fired case in envelope signed by Karl Rohrbaugh
2)  four (4) Rohrbaugh mags
3)  spare parts, including 4 grip screws, 2 replacement mag springs, 5 replacement recoil springs
4)  mint Hedley right front pocket holster with Hedley extra mag case.
5)  may have K&D pocket holster, found the receipt, just need to find the holster

Gun is in excellent condition with only slight finish wear around mag opening.

Great gun but need $ for other guns. I'm asking $1250, fair considering the $200+ in spare parts and mags included.

Very fair indeed, the Original Black Carbon Fiber Grips would sell for $300 alone. ;D

Best of luck with the sale

Blues may be rare but Blacks are the most cool.

That is a nice Deer Parker for sure..

Looks like you got this one sometime after I got my second  one and it was Deer Park instead of a Farmie..

But still when the Black CFs were "standard" issue!!

Wish you well on the sale..

Very nice Pup at a good price. Question is the diameter of the hole for the take down pin large on a Deer Park vs current models? It may just be the picture but it looks bigger to me.

The hole looks just like the one in mine. Of course, mine is only a number or two away. Nice looking pistols. I'd wondered when mine was made since I bought it in early '06.
