223 Federal at $0.45 per round would be $450 per thousand. I paid $279 in Nov for 1000 223 Federal from sgammo and that was before the rebate.

Man EVERYONE is running rebates. If you check CDNN they have a full page of rifles, ammo and scarrerguns all with rebates.
