Those two beans have 0 sugar and 0 fat; that's why it works.  That is the one's in the can.  For some reason the one's in the bags (dried) have 2 sugars per serving.

How did you deal with the drudgery of eating the same thing day after day after day? That, is indeed, a version of a high protein diet.

Doesn't bother me, as I like the beans.  I get to have a free day once a week and can have whatever I want, in moderation.  You can also have other select vegetables if you choose; no white potatoes during the six days.

So, it's working and not drudgery for me and my goal is to be a my college day's weight in another month.

As I recall, Ketosis can be a side effect of a high protein diet; kidney, liver, etc. Did you experience any of those side effects and what do you do for Act II? Also, some people look like a glad bag after rapid weight loss without a strenuous exercise program.
