It has been my experience in such matters that revenge is comparable to an hors d'œuvre that is most satisfying when served cold.   8)

Ahh. Revenge is not even considered; just gratification at being in the position that is satisfaction enough.   ;)  And then with a little mix of........things take care of themselves; also, in a small matter of time!

I would think that an element of revenge would be sine qua non in a successful trial lawyer, especially served cold.
