I agree with Josh, not much to talk about these days so let's see what everyone likes.

This is an old post, but these are my two favorites and I never get tired of looking at them. 

Most people have never heard of them let alone seen them.  Hope you enjoy seeing them.

You've got some of the weirdest/coolest stuff MRC.

Where do you even hear about these things? And do you have like a vault rather than a safe I must ask. Or is your house like a walk through firearms museum?

What does an AMP shoot like anyway?

I have been shooting Auto mags for 20+ years and they are a blast.  Recoil is similar to a 6" S&W model 29.  Magna Porting helps a lot with the 44 AMP's.  The 357 AMP's are milder to shoot and are really more fun the the 44's.

Both of those guns pictured are NOS and I have never shot them.  That Bi-Centenial was made in 1976, of course, so it is 38 years old.  The Lomont is probably about the same.

I have some more cool AMP's and I will get pictures taken and post when it gets dead around here.

MRC's photos of his magnificent Wildey and AMPs prompt me to post three of something I call, "Gonzo" -- an Israeli Military Industries Magnum Research Mark XIX Desert Eagle .50 Action Express:

It weighs in right at four pounds loaded on your hip and is a literal blast to shoot.

When I collected the piece at my dealer's shop, one character leaning against the counter wasting time asked, "Why in Hell would you want to own something like that?"

I just looked him up and down and then replied, "Because I can."

I rounded it down. It's actually 71.4 ounces empty. (Both belt and suspenders are recommended.  )

Weight wise I have you beat.  Here is a 12" Wildey in 475 Wildey Magnum along side a Colt Delta Elite Gold Cup for size reference.

  4 pounds - 7.5 ounces with an empty magazine (Bronson's favorite-Wildey's Here!)

A great range gun, or car gun. Ammo is $30 for fifty. The gun has no recoil, and accuracy is fantastic. But reloads are a 30 sec ordeal (stripper clips)
