That's nice. I have seen one of those, and you're right; been awhile.
-
Very nice example, and with the box..
They are asking a "premium" for sure though, according to my 28th issue Blue Book,350.00 is a 100% example..
If I remember correctly, these were made by the same group/family that made the Jennings,Lorcin, etc. brands..
-
Hey Brenden. That's good information. I was wondering about the COP name.
-
The R9 recoil is not bad...a Seecamp 380...a bit tougher...but that COP...with 357s...OMG!! :o
I'd prolly wanna see someone else be the sacrificial lamb who fired that one first. Just because they built it don't necessarily mean it was a good idea.
Looks GREAT...nice fit & finish, though.
-
Weighing in at 1.75 pounds empty! :o

Still, interesting. I like it. :)
-
That'd look pretty good in a fine collection of mouse guns!! 8)
Corey...???.... ???
-
That would look good, but $650 is a little steep! ;D Then again, if you want it, you want it. :)

I've already got one. Lol. Mine was bought for $200 years ago. They bring north of $500 often.
-
Corey.....I'm..I'm...I'm....SHOCKED ! ! :o
not ;D

I'll bet it's right at home with the Downsizer WSP .45. ;)
-
The Downsizer must feel like a cherry bomb in the palm.
-
You're right! I don't think Corey wants to fire it again! ;D
-
Re. the COP 357 it seems the operative words are, "the now defunct COP Inc. of Torrance CA." The landscape is littered with well intentioned palm rockets; it is a tough business.
-
I still like it though.
-
I've got one that I bought when they first came out in the late seventies/early eighties.
Bad grip angle or something, because it really stings with 357s. Four shots was enough for me. And I was raised on 44mags.

Reinz. Just wondered if you ever tried shootiing it with a shooting glove? I'm still likin' this thing!
Whoa! Just noticed this one has been SOLD! >:(
Here is another one on GunBroker. WOW! Starting price, $800.00 http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=176689442

KJ:
You know you want it. Go for it! 8)
-
I do want it. I DO WANT IT! ;D
-
Well get it.
-
Just because I want it, doesn't mean I'll get it! ;D
-
I have seen 3-4 of these for sale as of late, tells me that the aren't shooters, but they are sellers!! ;)
I have shot one, should have bought one to add to my meager "collection"of small pistols, but I will not pay 800.00!! :o
-
I was told by a very wise man: If you want something really, really bad, ask yourself this question; can I live without it? If the answer is YES, then, live without it.
I most of the time forget to ask myself that question. This time I remembered! ;D
-
I'm now remembering to use the above question and answer on the early Farmingdale and blues grips; IT'S WORKING! ;D
-
A strong will and a weak won't.
-
Reinz. Just wondered if you ever tried shootiing it with a shooting glove? I'm still likin' this thing!
No I never did. That was 28-30 yrs ago. I was too macho for that then.
Now I'm smarter, I think I have one of those gloves around here somewhere. ;)
-
A strong will and a weak won't.
Whatever the case, it's still working. ;D When that quits, I have a backup plan! ;D

Reinz. I'd like to know how it shoots with that glove. :)

I'm sure a lot softer. I'm not sure exactly which safe the that quad barrel is stashed in the back of. I haven't seen it in over 20 years.
If I come across it, I will give it some range time with the padded glove and post a range report.

You'll have some fun getting reacquainted with that jewel. ;D
-
Well I spent 4 hour hours going through 3 safes looking for the "COP" 4 barrel. Before I could get to last corner where I think it may be, I realized I could not find my 32 Seecamp.
I was looking for it because I just bought a holster from yankee2500.
I found the 25 Seecamp, but not the 32.
So I was off chasing down other rabbit holes and am quite upset.
I sure it will turn up later.
Reinz
-
Sure hope you find the Seecamp .32; and like you say, sure it will turn up as well as the "COP" .357.
-
Oh yea, one good thing about safe cleaning, I found THREE Rohrbaugh holsters and a mag pouch I had completely forgot about.
And two were Grahams.
And to think, I was just getting ready to order a Meco Shark.
Sorry Robert, maybe later.
Reinz
-
Keep looking for that "COP" .357. You may find something else! ;D
-
I'm not that lucky, I afraid those are the find of the decade for me. :D
Reinz
-
Reinz. You must not have found that "COP" four barreler yet! ;)

If you are interested in selling one of the Grahams shoot me a PM.

If you find that "COP" 4 barreler, and want to sell it, send me a PM or even the Seecamp .25. :D
-
I'll keep it in mind, you never know.
Are the 25 Seecamps unusual/hard to find ?
-
I haven't seen a Seecamp .25 for sale so they must be scarce. My thoughts are you should keep it, being they're not made anymore.
Saw where one had sold on the Seecamp Forum, but it was after the fact.
-
Obviously they are only a collectors item, who would carry it?
Maybe a grandmother.
I had two at one time, just had to have some other gun at a gun show and traded. At the time, it was "just a .25" to me, you know, useless. So I let it go cheap.
That was when the .32 LWS was the rage.
Now, I appreciate it, regardless of caliber.
-
You got it right. With the Seecamp .25, caliber doesn't matter; it's the gun that some just want, for whatever reason.
-
Us Addicts are a funny bunch. :D
-
You gotta appreciate em' though! ;D
-
Yeah, we keep the economy going :D
-
Ahh, the economy; you need to do more, Reinz, the economy is in a slump. ;)
-
I did way above my part the last 40 years!
-
You have to keep it going in the present! ;D
-
I don't have room for anymore safes! ;D
And I can't afford a bigger house. :P
-
You have to make do with what you have. Remember the shelf strecher? :D
-
By RonCo?
-
Right on! Now order a few of those! ;)
