I just got my new knife from Steve Woods yesterday.

It is a 3 1/2" folder with a 154 CM stainless blade, hollow grind, hardness of blade is 58-59 RC, 8 hr Sub Zero Quench, handle material is 20,000 year old mammoth tooth slabs, titanium liners, rain drop stainless bolsters and spine.

His web site is www.rockriveriron.com for those interested in looking at his knives or ordering.

Man!  what beauty, that actually took my breath away.  Sounds corny, I know- but that is one gorgeous knife!

I just want to hold it and admire it.   You got something to be proud of there.

Besides being one amazing looking knife Tom those mammoth tooth handles are the most interesting I've seen.

Steve's one great guy.  I have one of his non folders and he made a knife for my nephew who is a machine gunner in Afghanistan.

The knife is superb but how much for that old box it's sitting on? ::)
