What is the best ankle holster for an R9?

I am going to purchase an ankle holster to use for everyday concealed carry.  I have searched the forum and found many different options, although not many pictures.  Please post any information that might be helpful in my search.  Also, I would like something that protects the trigger so I can carry one chambered.

There is a De Santis rig on the Rohrbaugh web site store
that looks pretty good but I don't know anything about it.
Lou Alessi make a good one, I think, but he is hard to reach
him except by phone, fax or e-mail.

The De Santis is very, very comfortable to wear.  I highly recomend it.

wear it everywhere or just in a vehicle?
