1st trip with new stealth
« on: May 08, 2009, 01:45:07 PM »
My first trip to the range with my new stealth and new LCP. I shot 50-147 gold dot hp's folowed by 7-124 grain gold dots. No problems.

How many rounds do you guys put through your P9s before you trust it and carry it?
Do it with Bow and arrow!

IMO, and I think Tom would agree with me, you are good to go
after your first range session. Congratulations on only using some
recommended ammo and at today's price and supply issues that
should be enough.

I was at a gun show last weekend and bought 5 boxes of 50 rds. of the gold dot 147 gr. hp's that are sold to the police at $25 per box!
Do you think I should carry with the 147's or the 124's, as far as a defense load?

I would go with the 147's.  You had no problems with them, so the bigger the better.  Just my thoughts.   :)    :)

Bowhunter, you should be good to go.  Carry what ever your pistol likes and shoots best.  Tom
