It's a Winchester 1300 Marine Defender -- one of these (shown in the SHOT report):

but modified with a folding stock, pistol grip, laser sight, tactical light, side saddle, and tactical sling. I've had it for years and was pleasantly surprised to see the model "reintroduced" at SHOT 2013.
