Title: Need a smith for Stippling

Does anyone know of a good gunsmith that can do stippling?  I'm in Washington state and would ideally like someone in my area, but a really good smith would be better than someone close.

I've tried different stick-on and sleeve grips, but need something better.

I would like to find a good smith for checkering my front and back strap. I have seen some pictures here in the forum, maybe someone will sound in.
