Excellent looking holsters, there, Robert. As always.
-
A couple soon to be happy holster owners.
Nice job Robert
-
His holsters never cease to amaze me. I've had one of his back pocket models for my R9 for over a year and always get compliments on the craftmanship of it. It's help up great considering I carry it almost everyday. It still looks new.
If anyone is looking to get a new custom holster, Meco's are definately the way to go.
-
That is truly beautiful work! And if I were required to choose one word to describe that caiman holster it would be "stunning."
-
I've had one of Robert's caiman holsters for about a month now and it looks better every time I see it! Mine is more of a reddish color than the one Robert made for Jose, but other than that it's the same. And just as beautiful. Think I'll go look at the holsters. :D :D Gene

Here's another post for Robert.
ljutic, your holster will be mailed tomorrow.
Thank you
Robert

And another fine looking holster, for sure. ljutic, you will be proud. :)
-
Corey, don't those grips in lutic's new holster look awfully blue to you? ;D ;D Just kiddin' corey, we're all pulling for you!! Gene
-
;D Sweet. Just one state away, so I will be seeing it soon. Very cool.
-
Just to further plug Robert at Meco, I have a Cayman holster just like at the top he did for me about 6 months ago along with a matching mag pouch.
I love his work so much, I ordered and received today a pocket holster for my Kel-Tec 3-AT,with mag pouch. I did not go exotic on this one because I could not justify a holster costing almost as much as the gun :o.
Now, until I can afford to get another R9, I will have a pocket rocket (R9s) in one pocket and a sub rocket 3AT in the other.
Unless I am carrying a 1911, then just the rocket.
Sorry I could not post pics, I don't have a clue how to do it.

Oh man, talk about MECO, I'm thinking of buying a Ruger LCP just so I can order a new holster from Robert! ;D
-
Thats ANOTHER beautiful holster Robert!
-
Beautiful...

The sun isn't cooperating with my leisure time so I just have this so-so picture for now. I received Meco's first Surf and Turf holster last week. Robert was nice enough to humor me with a combo of shark and gray elephant for the push off. I dig it. Shown larger than actual size.

Ljutic. Close up is excellent. The Surf and Turf turned out great. That'll, more than likely, get more orders for Meco. You did good.
-
Hey that looks great Ljutic.
Good Job Robert!
Enjoy
-
You've go to hand it to Robert; his work makes you want to pick up the phone and order another whether you need it or not. :)
-
You took the thought out of my brain.
-
Get that order in. Put your phone on speed dial.
-
You know, if I had the funds, I'd probably do it :D
I'm such a gun addict, and I just love looking at quality leather to boot.
You don't know how serious I am, that is a darn good idea!
-
There's always a way. Just have to find it. It somehow appears.
-
Hey, I wonder if Robert would agree to maybe put us to the head of the line or at least knock a week or two off of schedule if we agreee to put him on speed dial?
-
I'm sure. He likes orders and I like holsters; and guns; and cars; and...............I'm sure there's something else. ;D
-
Yeah, we're a bunch of well rounded guys, and I don't mean around the middle even though that applies to me.
-
Well, I'm now losing weight and have lost 21 lbs; actually more by my scales; on a bean diet and it's working. :)
-
21lbs! Congratulations
Not only quite significant, but that amount is very diffiicult to acheive.
My hat is off to you.
May you have continued success and may it stay off.
-
Thanks. Beans, three meals a day and a free day once a week; not that bad.
-
Is that any kind of bean? Green beans, pinto, red, kidney, etc?
-
Pintos and Great Northern mixed together; I get the Bush's Mixed Beans and that's what they are. The wife cooked up the two, a bag of each, mixed together, today and that works good. Just easier to get them in a can and they're good.
-
Well you're definitely getting your protein and it sure sounds effective.
-
Congratulations.
-
Those two beans have 0 sugar and 0 fat; that's why it works. That is the one's in the can. For some reason the one's in the bags (dried) have 2 sugars per serving.
-
Congratulations.
Thanks!
-
What about the,er,"after effects" of the bean diet?? :o
-
Not too bad, really.
-
How did you deal with the drudgery of eating the same thing day after day after day? That, is indeed, a version of a high protein diet.
-
Doesn't bother me, as I like the beans. I get to have a free day once a week and can have whatever I want, in moderation. You can also have other select vegetables if you choose; no white potatoes during the six days.
So, it's working and not drudgery for me and my goal is to be a my college day's weight in another month.
-
As I recall, Ketosis can be a side effect of a high protein diet; kidney, liver, etc. Did you experience any of those side effects and what do you do for Act II? Also, some people look like a glad bag after rapid weight loss without a strenuous exercise program.
