Well, I'm now losing weight and have lost 21 lbs; actually more by my scales; on a bean diet and it's working.

Not only quite significant, but that amount is very diffiicult to acheive.

Is that any kind of bean?  Green beans, pinto, red, kidney, etc?

Pintos and Great Northern mixed together; I get the Bush's Mixed Beans and that's what they are.  The wife cooked up the two, a bag of each, mixed together, today and that works good.  Just easier to get them in a can and they're good.
