Title: Forum Census
Post by: yankee2500 on March 02, 2010, 09:22:54 PM
I was wondering what age groups pup owners fall into, an exact number is not required just the range.

#0 = 19 and Under

#1 = 20 to 30

#2 = 31 to 40

#3 = 41 to 50

#4 = 51 to 60

#5 = 61 and up

I just hit the last group (#5) in Feb.  :o

What is the point of this census poll?
Title: Re: Forum Census
Post by: yankee2500 on March 03, 2010, 01:34:07 AM
No real point other than an idea of what age group if any, the majority of Rohrbaugh owners are.
I think the bi-focal post got me thinking about it. ;D
It seems the younger generation has a preference for the poly frame guns over the metal frame.

John.  It seems like most are not willing to reveal their age even in a range.  At the time of this post 34 had viewed and only 2 had given their range.  Some may have been guests.

P7, sorry I didn't mean to exclude any groups and have ammended the poll.   ;D
I know several members have there age displayed in there profile and
I didn't see the poll as being invasive.
I saw a similar post to this this on a Kimber site and it generated a pretty large response.

After a brief scrutiny of the "forum" tools, I noticed no "poll" option.... would have been interesting to look at the stats in a "bargraph format"....PCT use to have that function but after the software change I don't see one over there anymore either....

Could run a spreadsheet, but Yeah, I'm a lazy bastard and I would be a # 9 before I was done with it :o

Thank you for a warm welcome. I joined this forum a while back while searching for my back-up gun. I finally bought a 9RS from a forum member. Shot it a few rounds and it just stopped working (the slide was locked in place). Sent it to the factory, got it back, shot another few rounds and it stopped again. Sent it back again; after I got it back the second time it seemed to work fine. Went through a qualification course last month without a hitch, I’m a happy camper now. I want to publicly thank Mr. Rohrbaugh for standing 110% behind his product.
